White Belt
White Belts are a great Lean Six Sigma primer for potentially every employee in the organization or for leaders considering embarking on a Lean Six Sigma Strategy.
Participants will be provided with an overview of Lean and Six Sigma and it is the first step toward the professional competencies of the Yellow, Green and Black Belts.
After completing this course you should be able to do the following:
- Obtain a fundamental understanding of Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
- Learn the Structure of the five step D-M-A-I-C model and their roles
