LTS's risk management is based on early identification and proactive management to minimize negative impacts.
With the extensive experience of LTS consultants risk and problem areas are easily identified and incorporated into our project management process. This includes regular program oversight processes such as status reports, formal reviews, as well as day-to-day program supervision. These risks may have a contractual, method, cultural, or organizational nature.
