Project Management
The LTS Project Manager works with organizations to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
This includes developing full-scale project plans that include defining the project scope, goals, deliverables and milestones that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
The Project Manager effectively communicates project progress to project stakeholders through progress reports and presentations and proactively manages changes in project scope and develops and manages the program evaluation.
