Physician Engagement
Physicians are at the heart of the healthcare organization. Successful deployment of the Lean Six Sigma methodology must not only include Physicians but utilize their inherent leadership position.
LTS offers a 1/2 day Physician lead training session that will inspire and challenge them to look at their role within the organization differently. The challenge is to take Physicians who are taxed to the limit and have them free up time for quality improvement initiatives. By having a Physician lead the training session credibility is build because the Facilitator is able to 'speak their language' and relate to the demands that they face on a day-to-day basis and articulate how Lean Six Sigma will benefit the organization and the positive impact that it will have on their day-to-day work.
