LTS is based in Regina, Saskatchewan and is owned and operated by, Dale Schattenkirk, President/CEO, Bonita Matushewkski, Vice-President of Training and Development and Dr. Mark Ogrady, Physician Lead.
Together our team of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belts bring more than 35 combined years directly in Health Care improvement and over 70 years in overall process improvement.

Dale Schattenkirk, President/CEO of LTS ConsultingDale has over 10 years of experience in consulting, training, development and implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodology. Dale is an expert in transformational change and works with all levels of the organization from the frontline to the CEO to teach them how to practically apply Lean Six Sigma in their settings and what it takes to be a leader in a Lean Six Sigma organization.
Lieutenant Governor's Award
Dale, with his team at the Five Hills Health Region, was awarded the Lieutenant Governor's Award of the Saskatchewan Regional group by the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC), for their success in the implementation of LSS within the Five Hills Health Region, which included but was not limited to the Union Hospital and the Gravelbourg Hospital.

Bonita Matushewski, Vice-President of LTS Consulting, Training and Development and Project Manager Bonita has over eight years of experience developing and implementing organizational wide training including experience in the development and delivery of training to all levels of an organization. She designs, executes and manages the Lean Six Sigma training and project plans that focus on building internal capacity, depending on the client's needs as well as project managing the deployment of province-wide initiatives.

Dr. Mark Ogrady, Physician LeadMark is an ENT (ear, nose and throat) surgeon who has over twenty years of administrative and leadership experience at all levels in the health care industry and has over 15 years of experience as a consultant. He is the Department Head of the Surgical Program the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region, remains a member of the Saskatchewan Surgical Care Network, and is the chair of the Surgical Services Subcommittee, which is responsible for creation, and implementation of process improvements to the surgical throughput patient experience in Saskatchewan. Mark is the Physician Lead with LTS and works to gain physician engagement in process improvement projects.

Keith A. Willoughby, Operations Research
Keith is an Associate Professor in the Department of Finance and Management Science at the University of Saskatchewan's Edwards School of Business. From 2005-2008, he worked as a Senior Operations Research Specialist with the Health Quality Council, an independent agency that reports on the quality of healthcare in Saskatchewan and collaborates with partners in system improvement efforts. Keith has completed a number of consulting projects for the Saskatchewan Healthcare sector involving Lean and operations research applications in acute care bed modeling, data request process flows and out-of-province/out-of-country health service requests.

Kelly Kay, Marketing and Promotions
Kelly has more than four years of experience in marketing and communications, including graphic design and media relations. She designs, writes and develops marketing collateral for LTS and works with clients to customize Lean Six Sigma training materials for internal use within their organization.

Tammi supports the LTS Principals and is responsible for customer support and documentation. She brings a pride and professionalism that translates to her day to day work and keeps the office running efficiently in Lean Six Sigma fashion.

Joshua Schattenkirk, Information Technology
Josh manages and provides hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensures maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.
